I think it is mainly because I am just used to using it so much and find it frustrating using other packages and therefore I have focused this around Photoshop as these are the methods I use on my own photographs.Īdobe Camera Raw (ACR) in Photoshop and Lightroom have very capable noise reduction software built in but there are some other great options out there which I will also compare and explain why I use them. Photoshop is just one of many excellent packages out there and I have tried most of them but I always end up going back to adobe.
